What You Will Need

  • Dates - 9 ounces of pitted medjool dates (about 16).
  • Maple Syrup - 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup, or any liquid sweetener you prefer. I use Lakanto sugar free maple syrup because it is low calorie and naturally sweetened with monk fruit.
  • Coconut Oil - 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil.
  • Almond Milk - 3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or whichever milk you prefer!)
  • Sea Salt - For topping, optional.

How To Store It

Store this dip in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days if it even lasts you that long haha!
