This is one of my husband's favorite meals to take with him for lunch during the week!! He is one of those people who is obsessed with buffalo sauce haha. Anything that I make with buffalo sauce is typically gone within 2 or 3 days! I hope you give this recipe a try and love it as much as I do!
You can store your leftovers that you plan on eating soon in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. When you are ready to enjoy these again, just pop them in the microwave for a minute or so.

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray.
Season your chicken with onion powder, garlic salt & pepper to taste. Line the chicken breasts in your baking dish.
In a medium mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese with a handheld mixer.
Spread the mixture evenly among all of the chicken breasts.
Top the chicken breasts off with the remaining shredded cheese and an extra drizzle of Buffalo sauce, if desired.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
