Low Carb Jalapeno Cheddar Chopped Bagels

Ingredients
  • 3 Eat Royo plain low carb bagel (Discount code "COOKINGKATIELADY")
  • 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed and finely diced)
  • 2 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 handful chives (fresh, chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions

    Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.

    On a large cutting board, add the softened cream cheese, diced jalapeño, chopped bacon, and chives.

    Using a large knife, chop and mix everything together until fully combined and creamy. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

    Toast the Eat Royo bagels until golden brown and crisp around the edges.

    Spread the jalapeño cheddar mixture generously onto each toasted bagel. Serve immediately while the bagels are warm and crisp.
