Ingredients
Low Carb Bagels - I used 2 of the Eat Royo Low Carb Everything Bagels. I love these because they are full of whole grains, keto friendly, high fiber, non-GMO, and only 90 calories! Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Vegetarian Cream Cheese - 8 ounces of your favorite vegetarian cream cheese. I love the brand Kite Hill.
Everything Bagel Seasoning - 2 to 3 teaspoons. I love the brand Dan-O's because it is low sodium and ZERO calories! Use the code COOKINGKATIE for 10% off!
Red Onion - Red onion slices, to taste.
Cucumber - Dived cucumber, to taste.
Tomato - Diced tomatoes, to taste.
How To Make It
Preheat your air fryer at 350° for 5 minutes.
Slice your bagels into thin slices. Drizzle them with the olive oil. Air fry at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
In the meantime, spread your cream cheese across your board. Season with everything Bagel seasoning and top with the veggies. Lay your low carb bagel chips around the board.

2tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
8oz cream cheese (vegetarian - I use the brand Kite Kill)
2-3tsp everything bagel seasoning (Use the code COOKINGKATIELADY for 10% off at danosseasoning.com!)
1/4 cucumber (diced finely)
1/2 beefsteak tomato (diced finely)
1/4 red onion (medium, sliced)
Instructions
