This Low Carb & Vegetarian Bagel Board is the ultimate healthy appetizer! I use the low carb everything bagels to make my bagel chips. The Eat Royo low carb everything bagels are only 80 calories with 6g net carbs & 10g protein! These bagel chips only take a few minutes to whip up in the air fryer and the dip can be made while those chips are cooking! This is such an easy and quick appetizer or snack. Ingredients

  • Low Carb Bagels – I used 2 of the Eat Royo Low Carb Everything Bagels. I love these because they are full of whole grains, keto friendly, high fiber, non-GMO, and only 90 calories!   • Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Vegetarian Cream Cheese – 8 ounces of your favorite vegetarian cream cheese. I love the brand Kite Hill.

  • Red Onion – Red onion slices, to taste.
  • Cucumber – Dived cucumber, to taste.

How To Make It

  1. Preheat your air fryer at 350° for 5 minutes.
  2. Slice your bagels into thin slices. Drizzle them with the olive oil. Air fry at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, spread your cream cheese across your board. Season with everything Bagel seasoning and top with the veggies. Lay your low carb bagel chips around the board.
  4. Dig in immediately and enjoy!
