Dan-O’s Everything Bagel Seasoning

Dan-O’s launched their new Everything Bagel Seasoning about two months ago and I have been using it NONSTOP! They have really changed the game with this seasoning because it is low sodium and ZERO calories! There are also no additives or chemicals! Dan-O’s is all about giving you that strong, bold flavor without all the salt and crazy additives. You can get so much more flavor with their seasoning. I immediately chucked all of my old everything bagel seasonings out when I found out about these. I have worked a lot with Dan-O’s in the past and I truly love this company. How To Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small, microwave safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and low-fat cream cheese in the microwave in 2 30-second increments.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the melted cheese, almond flour, egg, baking powder, and Dan-O‘s Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  4. Form eight evenly sized pizza bombs on your baking sheet. Make a divot in the middle of each one.
  5. Place 1/4 tsp (or as much as you can) of marinara in the divot of each one. Also add 1/2 a piece of pepperoni broken up into small pieces inside each one. Pinch the tops close and roll into a ball so that the filling is in the center of the pizza bites.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes and enjoy! Dip in additional marinara sauce if desired.

**You could most certainly make these smaller to be more like pizza rolls, but it was just easier for me to work with my hands with 8 larger pieces of dough!! Maybe I just have big fingers, who knows.

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.
