Store your leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months if you make a large batch of them as well.

Combine all ingredients (except reserve half the walnuts for later) in a food processor until a dough forms.
Freeze dough for 10 minutes to firm up.
Make 12 brownie balls and then roll each one in the reserved walnuts.
