Next, add in the monk fruit, cinnamon, walnuts, and salt. Stir until the walnuts are fully coated.
4 Spread the coated walnuts out on your prepared baking sheet into a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping each other.
5 Bake for 45 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes so that they bake evenly. Enjoy!
