What You Will Need

  • Carb Counter Tortilla - 1 carb counter tortilla. These are my go to for my cinnamon roll bites, air fryer pizza, skinny enchiladas, and so may more of my recipes! They are only 45 calories each, packed with fiber, and only have 4 grams of net carbs.
  • Cream Cheese - I used 2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese. If you are 100% Keto, use full fat cream cheese instead.
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning - 1/4 teaspoon to go in your bagel bites along with the cream cheese. I use the zero calorie everything bagel seasoning by Dan-O's. Use the code COOKINGKATIE for a discount on their website!
  • Butter - Just a little bit to melt in your pan to sear the edges of the bagel bites.

How To Make It

  1. Grab your low carb tortilla and spread the cream cheese all over the surface of it. Top with everything bagel seasoning.
  2. Roll up your tortilla and cut it into slices as big or small as you would like. I cut mine into 8 pieces.
  3. Heat up a small non-stick pan on medium heat with the butter.
  4. Once the pan is hot and your butter has melted, add your low carb bagel bites to to the pan. Cook, flipping on all sides frequently until all added are golden.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes and dig in!

Store leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I doubt you will have any leftovers though haha! You can reheat them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so.
