Cinnamon rolls with no added sugar or guilt?! Oh yes!!! These Low Carb Cinnamon Roll Bites only require 5 ingredients, are under 150 calories, and melt in your mouth! There are also 8 grams of protein in these & they are full of fiber!
In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar substitute and low fat cream cheese.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto your entire carb counter tortilla.
Sprinkle the cinnamon and granular swerve on top of the cream cheese.
Roll up the tortilla and slice it up into as big or as small pieces as you would like.
Preheat a small skillet over medium heat with the 1/4 tbsp butter.
Place the cinnamon rolls onto the pan, consistency flipping them around so that they are golden on all sides.
Sprinkle with some additional confectioners sugar substitute if desired and enjoy!!
