The BEST Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  • 1 slice bread (I love homemade sourdough bread!)
  • 1/2 avocado (large, organic)
  • 1 egg (large, organic, hard-boiled)
  • parmesan cheese (freshly grated, to taste)
  • sea salt (to taste)
  • hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions

    Simply toast your bread and lightly butter it with grass-fed butter (I use Kerrygold).

    Smash 1/2 of a large avocado avocado on top.

  3. 3

    Grate 1 large hard boiled egg on top of the avocado (texture game changer!).

  4. 4

    Grate some fresh Parmesan cheese to taste on top of that. And finally, add a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce and a pinch of sea salt. Enjoy!!
