Ingredients

  • 1 lb. organic grass fed ground beef (85%)
  • 1/2 cup organic almond flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 large organic egg
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (omit if dairy free)

How To Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with non-stick olive oil spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the almond flour and almond milk. Set aside.
  3. And a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients plus the almond flour mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Form 21 one 1/2 inch meatballs. Line along your baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until they have reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve on their own with some marinara sauce or with your favorite pasta!

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for a minute or so! You can also freeze these for up to 6 months.

  • 1 tbsp almond milk (plain, unsweetened)
  • 2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (medium, diced finely)
  • 1 egg (large, organic)
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
