Ingredients

Marinade

1/2 cup olive oil (organic, extra virgin)
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp parsely (dried)
1 tsp basil (dried)
1 tbsp monk fruit (or sweetener of chocie)
3-4 green onions (organic, diced finely (leave out the dark green pieces))
2 oz. pimento peppers
1 tsp garlic (organic, minced)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Cheese

8 oz. cream cheese (organic, extra cold, & cut into thin sliced cubes)
8 oz. cheddar cheese (organic, cut into thin sliced cubes)

Instructions

Cut the cheddar cheese and cream cheese into the same sized thin cubes. Line along a long, skinny dish, alternating the different types of cheeses back and forth.

In a measuring cup, combine all of the marinade ingredients and mixed well.

Pour the marinade over your cheese. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
