The dressing is super light & simple, and this salad is very low calorie! This salad is also gluten free & vegetarian friendly. You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (add the feta last so that doesn’t get too mushed up).
Divide into 8 servings & enjoy!
