I am all about finding healthier alternatives. These are boiled rather than fried and only take 5 minutes to cook! It is only 167 calories for 5 of these babies! Combine all of the ingredients listed above in a large bowl. Place about one heaping teaspoon full of the chicken mixture in the middle of each wrapper.
Dip your fingers in water and line the outsides of the wonton wrapper. Fold one corner across to the other so that you have a triangle shape. Gently press together with more water on your fingers if needed to seal the wonton. Finally, fold two of the corners in towards the middle. Watch my Instagram reel for a visual below.
Heat up a large pot with water, and bring to a boil. Place a few of the wontons in at a time (do not overcrowd the pot). Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the wontons rise to the surface.
This is optional, but I like to sear them in a hot skillet with some olive oil to give them some more color in a little crunch!
How To Store Leftovers
You can store your leftovers the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, just zap a serving in the microwave for a minute or so.

Ingredients
1lb ground chicken
1 1/2cup cabbage
4 green onions
1/4cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
2tsp garlic (minced, fresh)
1tbsp ginger (minced, fresh)
50 wonton wrappers (I use Nasoya)
sauce (dipping sauce of choice)
oil (dipping oil of choice)
