- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Zest of 2 limes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 Simple Mills Sweet Thins

How To Make It
- Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla extract to a Ninja CREAMi pint container.
- Stir until everything is well combined.
- Secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
- Process using the Light Ice Cream setting.
- Run the Light Ice Cream cycle a second time.
- Press the Simple Mills Sweet Thins into the ice cream, and process using the Mix-In setting.

How To Store Leftovers
