Storage

Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat in a skillet, air fryer, or oven until the crust becomes crispy again.

Katie’s Tips

  • Finish with cracked black pepper or a drizzle of hot honey if you like a little heat.
  • Fresh mozzarella also works beautifully if you prefer larger melty cheese pockets.
  • Reserve some fig jam for after baking—it adds fresh sweetness and beautiful presentation.
  • Bake on a preheated pizza stone for the crispiest crust.
  • Add fresh arugula after baking for a peppery finish.

Ingredient Swaps

  • Burrata can replace the goat cheese for an extra creamy finish.
  • Try a blend of mozzarella and fontina for even more flavor.
  • Use your favorite homemade, sourdough, gluten-free, or store-bought pizza dough.
