This Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sauce will be a new staple in your home trust me! Not only does it taste identical, but it is also WAY cleaner than the beloved original! I love making my own dips, sauces, and dressings from scratch and knowing exactly what is going into them. This recipe is so simple and fool-proof. It takes less than 5 minutes to whip up and you also only need 6 healthy ingredients. You’re welcome for this recipe, that’s all I have to say haha!
Chick-fil-A sauce, while popular for its sweet and tangy flavor, contains several ingredients that may be considered concerning when consumed frequently. Key ingredients like soybean oil and high fructose corn syrup are heavily processed and linked to inflammation and metabolic issues when consumed in excess. The fast food classic sauce also contains additives and preservatives such as calcium disodium EDTA and artificial flavorings, which may contribute to long-term health concerns. Additionally, its high sugar, salt, and fat content can quickly add up, especially when paired with other fast food items, making it less ideal for those aiming to eat clean or maintain balanced nutrition.

Reasons to Love This Sauce Recipe
- Quick & Easy: This sauce is a super easy recipe to make and require very simple ingredients. I use Greek yogurt as the base to keep it light, low fat, and nourishing.
- Versatile: This is really versatile sauce. It goes with chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, burgers, salads, wraps, French fries, veggies, and so much more!
- Identical Taste: It really is identical to the original Chick Fil A sauce and is WAY healthier!
Ingredients
- Greek yogurt – 1/4 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- Mayo – 1/4 cup mayonnaise. I like the brand Primal Kitchen.
- Barbecue Sauce – 2 tablespoons sugar free bbq sauce. Try my homemade barbeque sauce or Primal Kitchen is also great!
- Stone Ground Mustard – 2 teaspoons of stone ground or Dijon mustard. I love stone ground personally, but you can use yellow mustard or any other mustard you prefer.
- Honey – 1 tablespoon of raw, organic honey to sweeten it up a bit.
- Garlic Powder – 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions
Simply whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl until fully incorporated! Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes for the flavors to soak into each other and enjoy.

Optional Substitutes/Additions
- Mayo – You can use all Greek yogurt if you would like to cut the calories even more, but just keep in mind that if you have any leftovers, your sauce will end up being very watered down because the Greek yogurt releases a lot of liquid. It still tastes the same, it just won’t be as thick!
- Honey – You can use any liquid sweetener of choice.
- To add smokiness: If you want to have more of a smoky flavor, try adding some smoked paprika!
How To Store Leftovers
You can store your leftover Greek Yogurt Chick Fil A Sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Now, I will say that this sauce is best fresh (which is why I don’t make a huge batch of it), just because it is not as thick leftover! The flavor is the same but as you know, Greek yogurt releases liquid so when you put this sauce in the fridge, it becomes less thick.
