This Morning Vitality honey brown Sugar Spiced Tea will be your new favorite & healthy coffee I have been trying to drink more tea than coffee lately. The Yogi Rich & Robust Morning Vitality tea is a blend of Puerh tea, roasted chicory, cinnamon, and ginger, which creates this bold and roasty coffee-like flavor! It makes it so easy to substitute my coffee for this tea! This tea makes my gut feel SO good! It’s organic, vegan, Kosher, gluten-free, and contains no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

Ingredients

  • Tea Bag – 1 Yogi Rich & Robust Morning Vitality Tea bag. You can use 2 if you like a stronger tea taste.
  • Water – 1/3 cup of filtered water.
  • Almond Milk – I used 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk. You can use any kind of milk you would like though, such at oat milk.
  • Honey – 2 teaspoons of raw & organic unfiltered honey.
  • Brown Sugar Substitute – 1-2 teaspoons of a healthy brown sugar substitute. I like Swerve.
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Nutmeg – 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Cardamom – 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • Vanilla – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make

  1. Bring your water to a boil.
  2. Pour the water in a tea cup over your tea bag and let it steep.
  3. In the meantime, warm up your milk in a small saucepan over medium heat (don’t let it boil!).
  4. Add in half the honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, brown sugar substitute, and vanilla extract.
  5. Froth your milk and pour over your tea. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon & drizzle your reserved teaspoon of honey over the foam.
