- Steam or boil the broccoli florets for 3–5 minutes, until tender (microwave steam bags work too). Drain well, then finely chop and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, flour, seasonings, and eggs. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cavity, pressing down lightly.
