Ingredients

  • 250g (8.8 oz) organic egg noodles 
  • 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 large yellow onion, diced 
  • 2 tsp organic minced garlic
  • 1 medium organic zucchini, sliced into quarters

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp basil 
  • 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes (I like a lot!)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 24 oz. organic marinara sauce 
  • 1 cup freshly grated mozzarella

How To Make It

  1. Heat up a large pot of water and bring to a boil.
  2. While that’s heating up, heat up 1 tbsp olive oil in a large wok over medium heat. Add onion and garlic to the wok. Cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add in the zucchini and cook for additional 2 minutes.
  4. Add in the ground beef & seasonings. While the beef is cooking, add the egg noodles to your boiling water. Once the beef is almost completely cooked through, add the marinara sauce. Stir to combine.
  5. Drain the egg noodles and add them to your wok, along with half the cheese. Mix to combine.
  6. Top skillet off with the remaining cheese and allow to melt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
