Reasons to Love These Brownies

  • Quick & Easy: It only takes me about 10 minutes to prepare these brownies! The hardest part is waiting for them to come out of the oven I promise!
  • Macros: I know this is obvious but come one! These are only 70 calories each with 7 grams of net carbs! They are also low in fat.
  • Can’t Taste the Difference: These are just as good (if not better) than your typical brownies. You can eat these with zero guilt!

Ingredients

  • Oat Flour – 3/4 cup of oat flour – I love using the Oats Instant powder by Prozis. It makes your baked goodies so much fluffier than regular oat flour! They make different flavors and have some with protein powder added too. Use the code “KATIE10” for 10% off!
  • Baking Powder – 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Cocoa Powder – 1/2 cup of unsweetened coca powder. Make sure it is unsweetened!
  • Granulated Swerve – 1/2 cup granular Swerve, or zero calorie sweetener of choice. If you are not familiar with Swerve, it is a zero-calorie, low-glycemic sweetener that measures cup-for-cup to sugar. It’s completely safe and natural, with no artificial ingredients!
  • Greek Yogurt – 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • Almond Milk – 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
  • Chocolate Chips – 90 grams of  Lily’s Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips. You can use your favorite kind of chocolate chips of course, but I love these because they are sweetened with stevia.

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds or so. I keep mine in the fridge due to the Greek yogurt in them!
