Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups organic all purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup plain, organic nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp grass fed butter, cold
Optional: 2 tbsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice if you want them to be a little sweet 🙂

How To Make Them
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, monk fruit (optional), salt, and baking powder.
- Add the Greek yogurt. Grate the cold butter directly into the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms with a fork or pastry cutter.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Gently knead a few times, then roll out. Fold the dough over itself 3–4 times to create layers, then roll to about 1-inch thickness.
- Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits. Re-roll the remaining scraps of dough once to cut the remaining biscuits. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Brush the tops with melted butter before baking for a deeper golden color.

How To Store Leftovers
You can store your leftovers in an air tight container or in a bag on the counter for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can also freeze these well wrapped for up to 6 months.
