What You Will Need

Hot Honey (or you can buy one premade)

  • 1/2 cup organic honey

  • Red pepper flakes

For the Baked Feta:

  • 8 oz. block feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • Fresh thyme, to taste

How To Make It

  1. Skip steps 1 & 2 if you are using store bought hot honey. Heat up the honey in a small saucepan over medium heat until it starts to bubble. Add in the hot sauce and red pepper flakes to taste. Allow to cool.
  2. Strain out the red pepper flakes. Store in a glass jar. You will have more hot honey than what my feta recipe calls for.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Pat feta dry with paper towels and place in a small square baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the feta. Bake 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set the broiler to high.
  5. Drizzle hot honey over the feta and place it back in the oven. Broil until the top is golden. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme to taste and enjoy!
