If you’re looking for an easy, high protein dinner that the whole family will love, these ground turkey meatloaves are it! They are juicy, flavorful, and made with simple ingredients you likely already have at home.

Instead of using breadcrumbs, these meatloaves use almond flour, which keeps them gluten free while still giving them the perfect texture. I also love making them as mini meatloaves because they cook faster and develop more of that delicious caramelized glaze on top.

The balsamic ketchup sauce is one of my favorite parts of this recipe. It is simple, slightly tangy, and perfectly balances the savory turkey. Just mix sugar free ketchup with balsamic vinegar and spoon it over the meatloaves before baking.

These are great for an easy weeknight dinner, meal prep for the week, or even served with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes for a cozy comfort meal. Pair these meatloaves with my Balsamic Roasted Green Beans & your dinner doesn’t stand a chance!

How To Store Them

Store your mini meatloaves in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. When I rehear my meatloaves, I always add a little bit of additional sugar free ketchup on top because I fee that the meatloaves soak a lot of the sauce up when they are sitting in the fridge!

Why Is Consuming Protein Important?

  • Protein is nutrient-rich, so it helps you stay fuller longer. You are more likely to eat less when you have high protein meals because you won’t have the munchies!
  • It boosts your metabolism & increases fat burning.
  • It increases muscles & strength. If you are lifting weights and not eating enough protein, you aren;t going to see much of a difference!
  • It lowers your blood pressure.
