Ingredients
- Lean Ground Turkey – I used 3 pounds of 93% lean ground turkey but use whatever kind you would like! You can also substitute the ground turkey for ground chicken, pork, or beef.
- Yellow Onion – 1 small onion, diced.
- Cream Cheese – 6 ounces of low fat cream cheese
- Chicken Broth – 1 cup of low sodium chicken broth.
- Heavy Whipping Cream – 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream for the ultimate creamy skillet.
- Butter – 1 tablespoon, to sauté the onion.
- Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon, or to taste.
- Dan-O’s – 1/2 tsp Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning, or to taste. You can actually use the discount code “COOKINGKATIE″ for 10% off at Dan-O’s! I love Dan-O’s seasoning because it is zero calories, low sodium, and has no chemicals or sugar.
- Tomato Paste – 6 ounces of tomato paste for the sauce.
- Cauliflower Rice – I used two 12 ounce bags of frozen cauliflower rice. You can make your own, but I like to make it easy haha!
- Cheddar Cheese – I used 1/2 cup of mild shredded cheese. You can use your preferred type of cheese though!
- Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup – Again, feel free to use your favorite kinds of cheese!
- Parsley – Dry or fresh, to taste.
- Red Pepper Flakes – To taste.

How To Store Leftovers
You can store your leftover Ground Turkey & Cauliflower Rice Skillet in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. When you are ready to enjoy your leftovers, just pop them in the microwave for a minute or so.
My favorite food storage containers are by the brand Razab. I do giveaways with them and truly love their products so much. All of their containers are BPA free, oven safe, freezer safe, dishwasher save, and have steam release valves! You can find them on Amazon here.

It says to add chicken broth but it’s not on the ingredients list and I need to know how much?
You need 1 cup of chicken broth. Thanks for catching that! It was up above in my blog, but I guess it never transferred down to my recipe card! You should be able to see it now:)
Made this for lunch meal preps–pretty good, but didn’t have the Dan O’s seasoning. would be nice to list alternatives so we can season accordingly. happy I made it because the pic looked amazing. may try again in the oven!
Hey Tiffany! Yes, it is a great meal prep recipe! You can use your favorite spicy all purpose seasoning. I just love the Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning personally!
