Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and while all the cute Valentine’s Day store-bought candy bars are tempting, why not treat your loved ones (and yourself) to something a little more wholesome this year? Enter the world of my Healthy 4-Ingredient Crunch Bars. These no-bake, refined sugar-free, and gluten-free treats are the perfect way to show you care—without the guilt!

Let’s face it: store-bought candy, especially the mass-produced stuff, is often packed with refined sugar, preservatives, and artificial additives. Plus, it can be loaded with empty calories and very little nutritional value. When you make candy at home, you get full control over the ingredients, and the results are usually fresher, tastier, and healthier!

These crunch bars are a perfect example. With just four simple ingredients, they are sweetened naturally and don’t contain any gluten or refined sugar. They’re also incredibly easy to make—so even if you’re a kitchen novice, you can pull this off with no problem.

Nothing says “I love you” quite like a homemade treat that’s both delicious and nourishing. Whether you’re gifting these to a partner, a friend, or just treating yourself, you’ll be amazed at how satisfying they are—without any of the guilt or aftertaste of traditional candy.

Ingredients:

crunch bars

How To Make Them

  1. In a large glass measuring cup or bowl, melt the chocolate & cashew butter together in the microwave in 30 second increments, or over the stove using the double boiler method.
  2. Mix the melted chocolate mixture with the rice crisps until all of the rice crisps are covered in the chocolate.
  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment lined 9×9 glass baking dish. Sprinkle with flaky salt to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Remove the crunch bars from the fridge and slice into 16 squares. Return the bars to the fridge for another 5-10 minutes to completely firm up. It’s easier to slice your bars when they are not completely set yet. Dig in & enjoy!

How To Store Leftovers

Store your leftover crunch bars at room temperature, covered for up to 5 days or in the fridge for up to two weeks for ultimate freshness.

These bars are a great base for adding your own twist. Sprinkle in some sea salt, drizzle melted chocolate on top, or mix in your favorite seeds or dried fruit!
