What You Will Need
- Cooked Shredded Chicken Breasts – 1 pound of cooked & shredded chicken breasts. I get mine precooked and shredded from my Trifecta meal prep plan.
- Greek Yogurt – For added protein and creaminess. This is my healthy substitute for sour cream. You will need 2/3 cup.
- Buffalo Sauce – 2/3 cup of your favorite buffalo sauce. My favorite healthy option is Primal Kitchen.
- Cream Cheese – 8 ounces of organic cream cheese, softened
- Green Onions – 3-4 green onions, diced thinly (whites only)
- Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup of organic, freshly grated cheddar cheese
- Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon

How To Make It
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, green onions, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder. Stir until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
- Transfer to a baking dish. Pour the buffalo chicken dip into a medium round glass baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Serve and enjoy. Serve warm with your favorite vegetables, crackers, tortilla chips, or pita chips.
How To Store It
Store this dip in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. To reheat it, place individual servings in the microwave in 30 second increments. If you keep your dip in the original dish that you baked it in, you can also reheat it in the oven at 350 F for 10 minutes.
