If you need a last-minute appetizer that always disappears, this Gone in 60 Seconds Dip is it. It’s creamy, crunchy, wildly addictive, and comes together in a minute — no cooking, no fancy equipment or ingredients, and no stress. This is my go-to dip for game days, family gatherings, beach days, or last minute get togethers. Serve it with your favorite chips or crackers, and watch it vanish literally in 60 seconds.

What You Will Need
- Pecans – 1 cup of chopped pecans. The kind that I use are by the brand Rancho Pecana, which I absolutely love. You have to buy them online, but they are so fresh and cheaper than in your local grocery store!
- Mayonnaise – I used mayo by the brand Primal Kitchen as a clean option. You can also substitute with half plain nonfat Greek yogurt for a lighter option, but mayo brings the best flavor! Just stick to an avocado or olive oil based one 🙂
- Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese.
- Green Onions – I used 1 bunch of green onions (roughly 5) and diced them up very finely. Only use the light to medium colored parts, not the dark.

How To Make It
- Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl or serving dish and mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer dip into a small serving dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

How To Store Leftovers
Store this dip in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. You most likely will not even have any leftovers. I mean, it’s called “Gone in 60 Seconds” for a reason!
Serving Ideas
This dip pairs perfectly with tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, sliced veggies, or even spread onto wraps and sandwiches.
Make-Ahead Tips
You can make this dip a few hours ahead of time and store it covered in the refrigerator.
