What You Will Need

  • Pecans – 1 cup of chopped pecans. The kind that I use are by the brand Rancho Pecana, which I absolutely love. You have to buy them online, but they are so fresh and cheaper than in your local grocery store!
  • Mayonnaise – I used mayo by the brand Primal Kitchen as a clean option. You can also substitute plain nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese. You can use any cheese you want, but the original dip uses cheddar so I stuck with that!
  • Green Onions – I used 1 bunch of green onions (roughly 5) and diced them up very finely. Only use the light parts, not the dark.

How To Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl or serving dish & mix thoroughly.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour for the flavors to settle in. Enjoy! Serve with crackers, veggies, etc.

How To Store Leftovers

Store this dip in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. It can probably last longer than that, but I feel like there isn’t as much of a crunch to the dip if it goes any longer. You most likely will not even have any leftovers. I mean, it’s called “Gone in 60 Seconds” for a reason!
