Ingredients

  • Lean Ground Turkey – I used 3 pounds of 93% lean ground turkey but use whatever kind you would like! You can also substitute the ground turkey for ground chicken, pork, or beef.
  • Yellow Onion – 1 small onion, diced.
  • Cream Cheese – 6 ounces of low fat cream cheese
  • Chicken Broth – 1 cup of low sodium chicken broth.
  • Heavy Whipping Cream – 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream for the ultimate creamy skillet.
  • Butter – 1 tablespoon, to sauté the onion.
  • Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon, or to taste.
  • Dan-O’s – 1/2 tsp Spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning, or to taste. You can actually use the discount code “COOKINGKATIE″ for 10% off at Dan-O’s! I love Dan-O’s seasoning because it is zero calories, low sodium, and has no chemicals or sugar.
  • Tomato Paste – 6 ounces of tomato paste for the sauce.
  • Cauliflower Rice – I used two 12 ounce bags of frozen cauliflower rice. You can make your own, but I like to make it easy haha!
  • Cheddar Cheese – I used 1/2 cup of mild shredded cheese. You can use your preferred type of cheese though!
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1/2 cup – Again, feel free to use your favorite kinds of cheese!
  • Parsley – Dry or fresh, to taste.
  • Red Pepper Flakes – To taste.
  • Salt & Pepper – To taste.

It says to add chicken broth but it’s not on the ingredients list and I need to know how much?

    • Katie

You need 1 cup of chicken broth. Thanks for catching that! It was up above in my blog, but I guess it never transferred down to my recipe card! You should be able to see it now:)

  2. Tiffany
