- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté 5–6 minutes until soft. Stir in garlic and cook 1–2 minutes.

Hi! Is this supposed to be for 2 pounds of ground beef? Recipe says tablespoons but I’m sure that has to be a typo. Wasn’t sure if it should be one or two pounds. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to try this recipe!
