What You Will Need

  • 2 15 oz. cans of organic chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

How To Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients & mix until chickpeas are completely coated.
  3. Pour the chickpeas onto your baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden & crispy.

How To Store Them

Store your leftovers in an air tight container (loosely covered) in a cool, dry place.
