This healthy Grilled Lemon Chicken is juicy, tender, and marinated in a delicious lemon marinade. This is one of the easiest, most delicious, and healthy grilled chicken recipes you will ever have. You can marinate this the night before as well, so all you have to do the next day is pop them on the grill! I recommend marinating for at least 30 minutes!

Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts – 32 ounces (2 lbs.) of boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
- Olive Oil – 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil for your marinade.
- Lemon Juice – 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Lemon Zest – The zest of two large lemons. Lemon zest is key to bringing out the lemon flavor.
- Oregano – 2 teaspoons of dried oregano.
- Garlic – I used 2 teaspoons of minced garlic but measure with your heart!
- Salt – To taste
- Lemon Pepper – 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper, or to taste.

How To Make It
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and lemon pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken breasts, cover, and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (you can even marinate overnight).
- Preheat your grill/skillet to medium/high heat. I used a grilling pan by Anolon.
- Add your chicken breasts and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Discard any extra marinade.
- Serve with sides of your choice and lemon wedges and enjoy!
How To Store Leftovers
You can store your leftover chicken in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. When you are ready to enjoy your leftovers, just pop them in the microwave for a minute or so.
