This Low Carb Tortilla crust is so easy to make, crispy, and only 45 calories! Low carb tortillas are the secret ingredient. If you like thin crust pizzas, you are going to LOVE these! This is also a great low carb crust alternative if you are not a fan of cauliflower or broccoli crust pizzas. If you are though, I do have a great broccoli pizza crust recipe here. The macros below in the recipe are just for the tortilla crust. The macros will obviously vary with the toppings you choose. However, I wanted to provide you with a general idea based off of the toppings I used on mine:

I used 12 sliced mushrooms, 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella, 7 slices of pepperoni, and 1/4 cup no sugar added marinara):
268 calories
17g fat
24g carbs (11g net)
32g protein

Ingredients

  • Low Carb Tortilla – 1 low carb tortilla, or however many you would like, depending on the number of pizzas you would like to make! I use the brand La Banderita. The macros are awesome!
  • Pizza Toppings – All of your favorite pizza toppings and marinara sauce!

How To Make It

  1. Air fry your carb counter tortilla at 350°F for 2 minutes on each side. I spray mine with a little bit of olive oil spray.
  2. Top your pizza crust with no sugar added marinara and your favorite toppings!
  3. Air fry your pizza for another 8 minutes and enjoy!

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, reheat them in the oven or air fryer on a lower heat (275-300) for 15 minutes or so. You can reheat them in the microwave too, but the crust will become softer.
