Reasons to Love These Brownies

  • Quick & Easy: It only takes 10 minutes to prepare these brownies! The hardest part is waiting for them to bake the oven I promise!
  • Macros: I know this is obvious but come one! These are very low in calories and in fat and high in protein. They don’t have any refined sugar and can easily be made gluten free if needed with oat flour.
  • Fudgy Perfection: These brownies are incredibly fudgy, thanks to the combination of Greek yogurt and NaturaleBio organic cacao powder. The Greek yogurt adds a moist, gooey texture that takes these brownies to the next level of decadence.
  • Guilt-Free Indulgence: By using Greek yogurt instead of traditional butter, we cut down on saturated fat while boosting protein content. Plus, by using all organic, wholesome ingredients, we are avoiding added sugars, synthetic additives, fake flavorings, etc., making it a healthier choice for your baking.
  • Rich Chocolate Flavor: Every bite is packed with intense creamy chocolate goodness, making these brownies irresistible.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 3/4 cup of flour – Oat and all-purpose work great.
  • Baking Powder – 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  • Cocoa Powder – 1/2 cup of organic, unsweetened cacao powder. Make sure it is unsweetened and has no additives! I used the brand NaturaleBio in this recipe. Use the code KATIELADY20 for 20% off!
  • Sweetener – 1/2 cup monk fruit (or granular sweetener of choice)
  • Greek Yogurt – 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • Almond Milk – 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
  • Chocolate Chips – 90 grams of Hu dark chocolate chips. You can use your favorite kind of chocolate chips of course, but I love these because they are organic and have no harmful ingredients.

How To Make Them

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8 in glass baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together all of the dry ingredients. Mix in the wet ingredients & mix just until fully incorporated. Do not over mix! The batter should be fairly thick, but add another splash of almond milk if it seems too thick.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips (add a little bit of coconut oil if needed). Pour into your brownie batter & gently fold.
  4. Transfer to your prepared baking dish and top with additional chocolate chips if desired. Bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes and enjoy!

How To Store Leftovers

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. When you are ready to enjoy them again, just pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds or so. I keep mine in the fridge due to the Greek yogurt in them!
