What You Will Need

  • Carb Counter Tortilla – 1 carb counter tortilla. These are my go to for my cinnamon roll bites, air fryer pizza, skinny enchiladas, and so may more of my recipes! They are only 45 calories each, packed with fiber, and only have 4 grams of net carbs.
  • Cream Cheese – I used 2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese. If you are 100% Keto, use full fat cream cheese instead.
  • Granular Swerve – 1 teaspoon of granular Swerve for the cinnamon sugar filling. If you are not familiar with Swerve, it is a zero-calorie, low-glycemic sweetener that measures cup-for-cup to sugar. It’s completely safe and natural, with no artificial ingredients, preservatives or flavors. You can purchase Swerve off of Amazon here.
  • Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  • Butter – Just a little bit to melt in your pan to sear the edges of the bagel bites – 1/4 tablespoon.
