What if I just want to make a single serving?

If you want to make this a single serving mug cake, you can half this recipe and microwave it in a mug for about 30 to 45 seconds.

What can I use instead of Oat Haus Brownie Batter?

While I do highly recommend the granola butter, you could also use a hazelnut or other type of butter. Oat Haus just has the best ingredients and it is the most delicious thing on planet Earth in my opinion lol.
