Single Serving Berry Cinnamon Roll (High Protein Option)

If you want a quick and easy single serving dessert or breakfast, this Single Serving Berry Cinnamon Roll is perfect for you! You probably already have all the ingredients at home too! It’s packed with so much flavor, is macro friendly, and I have a high protein option if you are looking for that as well! Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp organic all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 -3 tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 15g unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp jam of choice.

How To Make It

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon (& protein powder if using) until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll out into a rectangle onto a floured surface. Cut the rectangle in half so that you have two thick strips.
  3. Spread the jam among both halves. Roll one half up and then place that roll on top of the other half laying down on your floured surface. Roll it up once again so you have one thick roll. Watch my Instagram reel below for a good visual if this seems confusing
  4. Place the roll in a small greased ramekin & bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

How To Store Leftovers

This is a single serving recipe, but if you have leftovers, you can cover it, and store it in the fridge for a few days. Reheat in the microwave.
