These Sour Patch Candy Grapes have no added sugar, only require 4 ingredients, and taste like candy! I know if may sound kind of weird at first, but don’t knock them until you try them! Ditch the sour patch kids and grab a handful of these (or more) with zero guilt.

What You Will Need

  • Green Grapes – 4 cups of fresh large green grapes, washed & dried.
  • Lime Jell Mix – I used a 1.7 ounce package of the Simply Delish Sugar Free Lime Jell Mix. Simply Delish makes the plant based sugar free & Keto jell & pudding mixes. They are super affordable & low calorie! You can use the code “KATIE10” for 10% off as well!
  • Swerve/Stevia – I added about 2 teaspoons of Swerve to sweeten up my grapes even more. You can skip this entirely if you would like or use any zero calorie sweetener of choice.
  • Lime Juice – 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice. Fresh lime juice makes the biggest difference trust me!

How To Make Them

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine your grapes and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the lime jell mix and zero calorie sweetener.
  4. Coat each grape in the lime mixture. Make sure the grapes aren’t dripping wet when you coat them in the mixture or the jell mix will clump together and not stick to your grapes. You could also line all the grapes on your baking sheet and sprinkle the jell mix on top of all the grapes and then give it a good toss.
  5. Place your baking sheet in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and enjoy! Serve leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
