What You Will Need
- 6 tbsp grass fed butter, softened

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 egg white
- 2 cups almond flour – Get almond flour at a discount at Prozis with the code “KATIE10”
- 50g sugar free mini chocolate chips
How To Make Them
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Cream together butter butter, monk fruit, and vanilla extract.
- Add in the remaining dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
- Form 14 cookies. Use a fun Christmas cookie cutters like these if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
How To Store Leftovers
Store your leftover cookies in an air tight container in a cool, dry place for up to a week.
