What You Will Need

  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 30g protein powder – I used the Prozis natural vanilla whey- Code KATIE10 for 10% off
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 galla apple
  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the streusel I used a zero calorie brown monk fruit sweetener, but you can use coconut sugar or anything else you’d like! This is what caramelizes on the griddle & gives that streusel topping!
