Ingredients
For the Peppers:
- Mini Bell Peppers – 10 mini bell peppers, cut in half with seeds & membranes removed.
- Goat Cheese – 4 oz. goat cheese (log, not crumbles so you can spread it)
Topping:
- Honey – 2 tsp. honey.
- Balsamic Glaze– 1 tsp of a balsamic glaze of choice. I used a balsamic fig glaze.
- Rosemary – Fresh rosemary, to taste
How To Make Them
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Spread the goat cheese evenly into each pepper half.
- Line the peppers along a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Roast the peppers for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are lightly charred and soft.
- Transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic fig glaze and honey. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh Rosemary. Serve warm + enjoy!

You can store your leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
