Ingredients
- Ground Chicken – 2 pounds of lean, organic ground chicken. I use the Perdue Harvestland organic Ground Chicken.
- Egg – 1 large egg to prevent the burgers from breaking apart.
- Almond Flour – 1/2 cup, to also help the burgers not break apart. I used Organic Almond Flour by the brand Prozis. You can use the code “KATIE10” for 10% off on their site!
- Celery – 1/2 cup of finely chopped celery. This gives the burgers the best texture!!
- Buffalo Sauce – 2 tablespoons, plus more to top your burgers with later.
- Onion Powder & Garlic Powder – 1 teaspoon of each.
- Paprika – 1/4 teaspoon, or to taste.
- Salt & Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste.
How To Make Them
- Add all the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
- Mold the chicken mixture into 8 equal patties. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes. This will help patties will stay together better when you cook them.
- Preheat your grill to 400°F or a grilling pan to medium/high heat with some olive oil like I did. I used the Anolon 11-Inch Nonstick Griddle Pan
- Cook the patties for about 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the buffalo burgers from your grill/pan and allow them to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with a lettuce wrap, additional buffalo sauce, Greek yogurt ranch dressing, and my Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites!
