What You Will Need
- Almond Butter – 1 1/2 cups of smooth almond butter. For this recipe, I used the crunchy almond butter by Prozis. Use the code code KATIE10 for 10% off!
- Eggs – 2 large eggs.
- Almond Flour – 2 tablespoons of almond flour. This helps with the texture! You can also use protein powder.
- Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon.
- Maple Syrup – 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup. I use the brand Lakanto because it is sweetened with monk fruit,
- Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
- Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon.
How To Make Them
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan w nonstick spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into your baking pan and spread it out evenly using a spatula. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the top is completely set.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the baking pan for 10 minutes before slicing into squares and enjoy!
