What You Will Need
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup almond butter – I use the brand Prozis.
- 60g protein powder – I use the brand Prozis.
- 115 grams sugar free dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

How To Make Them
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9×9 dish with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into pan & smooth it out on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool for 10 before slicing.
How To Store Them
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week. Zap them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so for warm, ooey gooey energy bars!
