What You Will Need
- Ripe Avocados – 2 large hass avocados.
- Jalapeno – 1 large jalapeño (keep seeds if you like spice).
- Cilantro – 1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro.
- Garlic – 1 tsp minced garlic.
- Lime Juice – 1/4 cup fresh lime juice.
- Greek Yogurt – 1/4 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
- Cumin – 1/4 tsp ground cumin.
- Salt – Salt to taste.
How To Make It
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy with your favorite veggies or chips! I love making cucumber “chips”. This is also great as a spread in sandwiches!
**Makes roughly 1 1/4 cups of dip
How To Store It
Store this dip in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the dip to prevent the avocado from browning.
