These Sugar Free Strawberry Parfaits have a sweet & refreshing strawberry jell base with a creamy strawberry topping. These are the perfect summer dessert and only require 4 ingredients. Ditch the ice cream and grab one of these parfaits with zero guilt.

What You Will Need
- Strawberry Jell Mix – I used a 1.7 ounce package of Simply Delish Strawberry Jell Mix. Simply Delish makes the plant based sugar free & Keto jell & pudding mixes. They are super affordable & low calorie! You can use the code “KATIE10” for 10% off as well!
- Strawberry Pudding Mix – I used a 1.7 ounce package of Simply Delish Sugar Free Pudding Mix.
- Almond Milk – 1 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk to mix in with your pudding.
- Sugar Free Cool Whip – I used 4 ounces of sugar free cool whip.
- Strawberries – This is optional but a nice finishing touch!
How To Make Them
Prepare The Jell Mix
- Make the sugar free strawberry jell according to package directions.
- Divide the jell evenly among 4 dessert or wine glasses. Place in the refrigerator.
Optional: Place in the fridge at an angle to make it look fancy 📐
Prepare The Pudding
- Prepare your sugar free strawberry pudding mix by combining the mix with the almond milk in a small mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer for 4 minutes, or until you have a pudding consistency.
Assemble
- Gently fold in your sugar free cool whip until it is fully incorporated into the pudding. Be careful to not overmix.
- Divide the pudding mixture evenly among the four parfait glasses with the jell.
- Refrigerate the strawberry parfaits for another 30 minutes, or until the jell is completely cooled.
- Top with fresh strawberries if desired and enjoy!
