What You Will Need
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
- 1/8 cup melted organic coconut oil
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp apple pie spice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
How To Make Them
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a standard sized donut pan with nonstick spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, applesauce, syrup, and coconut oil. Add in the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
- Divide the batter among your 6 donut molds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
How To Store Leftovers
Store your leftover donuts in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
